How we measure the use of the Agentes console to improve it.
What we measure
- What you do in the console: signing up, creating, publishing, and testing agents, and using the library, evaluations, and plans. Only with ids, counts, and kinds.
- Recordings of your sessions with all text and fields hidden: we see navigation and clicks, never what you read or type.
- Your email, which identifies you once you have an account, and your name, to tie that usage to your account and workspace.
- Your IP address, which identifies your visits before you sign in: people on the same network are counted together, and when you sign up those visits move to your account.
What we never measure
- The content of your agents and your customers: instructions, conversations, knowledge documents, credentials, and keys.
Who processes the data
- Productos AI, with PostHog as data processor, on servers in the United States. You can review, update, or ask us to delete your data at any time (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012) by writing to the Productos AI support team.
